Delivery & Returns
Delivery Times and Charges:
We offer free UK Delivery for all of our items being dispatched to an address within the United Kingdom. Many items can be shipped on a Next Day Delivery and where this is possible it will be indicated on the relevant product page. For all other items, you should expect your order to arrive within a maxmimum of 10 days.
In some extremely rare circumstances there may be a slight delay, so please allow 28 days for delivery however we will notifiy you of this should this be the case. If you’ve not received your order within 28 days then please contact us.
Signing for Delivery:
The items that you ordered will be dispatched using a trusted postal service or courier. A signature will not be required when the item is delivered, however, if you have any specific delivery requirements then write these in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box at the checkout.
Our couriers are generally very good, however, occasionally an item can get damaged during transit. Please make sure that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any damages or shortages that may have occurred.
We want you to be happy with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 30 days for a full replacement or a full refund. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty, or if the wrong items have been sent. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels on return, so it is advisable to obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery.
Please telephone us on 0800 731 2572 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before you return your item to us. Our experienced and friendly customer service team will give you the relevant returns information, which will be needed to ensure a quick replacement or refund.
Faults and Warranties:
Both the Green Johanna and Green Cone have a 5 year manufacturers warranty. Faults are very rare on these items, however, if you feel that an item you have ordered is faulty please contact us and hopefully we’ll be able to solve the fault over the phone. In some cases we will need to see images of a faulty item or they may need to be returned for an inspection, however, our customer service advisors will be able to help you will this. All other items are supplied with a standard manufacturers warranty.
